Item – Manual-4
A simple manual control switch with four zones with press button open and close for windows.
Zone switch to open vent to any position.
Zone switch to close vent to any position.
Rain sensor input with front indicator to close all open windows when raining via sensor. Maximum
zones is four with 8 buttons. All connections are via plug in terminal block
on the Printed circuit board at the rear of
the unit. Size is the same as a standard double socket. Available in white-brass-chrome
.
 

Item – MB06
This controller is the most easiest to use with a single knob control and infra red controller for remote control.
Operation
Turn the control knob to the left hand side to close the window vents and lock them or turn the knob to the right hand side to open them.
When you are in the temperature band, the window vents will open at the temperature point you have set, then close for lower temperature or when it rains.
The controller can be inset into the wall using a single metal back box, or a surface plastic back box, as shown.
The unit is available with a white or brass or chrome fascia

Item – Nimbus wind sensor
The nimbus wind sensor measures the wind speed from 5mph to 50 mph with a switched relay output that changes state at the wind speed set point shown on the front panel.
To set the desired wind speed switch point you only have to press the centre button until the indicator opposite the speed you want is shown.
The nimbus will indicate wind speed in real time on the front panel and this speed can be seen for daily observation. If the unit detects over fifty mph all the indicators will flash.
The anometer is mounted on the roof away from obstructions to provide an accurate wind speed.
The unit is easy to install and interface to other control signals for building management systems, and our controller the MB08.

Designed over nine years ago and recently updated to the latest software and hardware the unit is the best controller around to control conservatory window vents.
The digital display shows all the information you could possibly desire.

  • Ambient temperature within the sensor area.
  • When it’s raining outside.
  • Window Vent proportional open position.
  • Temperature set point in real time.
  • Select automatic or manual control.
  • In manual set the window vent to any position.

Inputs

  • Building management input control.
  • Temperature sensor up to seventy meters away.
  • Infra red control manual or automatic ( extra )
  • Rain sensor input up to fifty meters away.

Outputs

Relay contact to run under floor heating.
Relay contacts for fan control.
Main output to run motor/actuators up to eight amps
To help installation all connections are plug in type.
Temperature control open is fully proportional.
Very easy to set up and use.
The unit will fit into a standard double metal back box 35mm deep.

BBU-5
A battery backup unit that also doubles as a UPS. This unit will run 24v actuators motors and door retainers and also window latches at 24-29v dc.
The output is designed to work from the mains transformer and then auto switch over to the batteries on mains fail at 27v – 5amps.
The BBU-5 also has inputs for smoke heads and break glass, plus remote switch to open and close the window vents for natural ventilation.
The unit is supplied less batteries as you can use any sealed lead acid battery from 2A to 7A depending on your application.
The enclosure is manufactured from powder coated steel. Size 300h x 220w x 100 deep.
The unit is supplied with connection and battery leads plus full fitting instructions for installation.
